Dear colleagues and friends,
As we are starting a new year working together, it’s time to initiate building our two annual meetings.
At the last Steering Committee held on December 2025, the following procedure has been agreed in order to facilitate the process of building Faculties :
Each HRC/HRL would send a member as a faculty member and each member would come with 2 or 3 proposal topics discussed before with their colleagues.
Faculty 1 will manage the two 2026 meetings (Spring and Symposium) and will continue during even years.
Faculty 2 will manage the two 2027 meetings (Spring and Symposium) and will continue during odd years.

Of course, faculties remain open to any person interested.
If you want to be part of the faculty in 2026, please send your candidacy via this form before January 31st 2026.
For each Faculty, a chair to lead has to be selected.
The dates of the meetings of the Faculty have to be determined by the Faculty, not by BREACH.
Another important point is to select a topic for our spring meeting, which will take place on May 29 and 30, 2026.
Here are three topics which have been proposed recently:
- Chemsex
- Microbiome and HIV
- Improving access to HIV prevention and care for vulnerable population (Prisoners, Illegals, Sex workers, …)
This is not a limited list.
If you have any other ideas for the Spring, please send them and/or make your choice between the 3 topics mentioned above via this form before January 31st 2026.
If you have any ideas for the Symposium (which will take place on November 26, 2026), please send them via this form before January 31st 2026.
Thank you in advance for your participation
Best regards,
Prof. De Wit Stéphane
